The building here was bright orange and the gates an electric blue, but I prefer this shot in more muted sepia tones. What do you think?? For more fun with shadows check out some super shadow shots from around the world by clicking here for Shadow Shot Sunday. Enjoy!!

I think it looks great in sepia..really shows up well...
I love the sepia tone - really lovely work! :)
Great Shot. Thanks.
I do like the sepia tones, give it a dramatic feel. Great job.
It's a wonderful photo, all stark and forbidding. Sepia was perfect for it.
I like it in sepia. It looks like it was meant to be that way. I can't imagine it orange & blue! Lovely shot!
lovely in sepia
I stand at the gate.
Will these shadows keep me out
or imprison me?

Love the muted sepia tones, they hold the shades of mystery!
Post both versions! I'd enjoy seeing both! But, this is very magical. Are you in Nicaragua now?
The fence itself is a barrier, but the shadows seem less imposing. The slats are longer yet thinner, seeming to stretch to the horizon. The sahdow is less a barrier here...
Now you know I wanted to see the orange building with the bright blue gate!
The sepia does work really well, Catherine, I love it!
Enjoy!

I think it looks great in that photo. It's another wonderful shot. Many thanks. And welcome back from Nicaragua. I hope you're not dropping your "pue'" at the end of each sentence, right :-)?
Greetings from London.
