Weekend Reflections 6 - Aix en Provence

The Cezanne family's countryside manor house Jas de Bouffan is the setting for this week's reflection shot - I felt like turning back the clock by steeping the scene in sepia. More on Cezanne, Jas de Bouffan, and Aix en Provence in posts later this week. In the meantime explore more artistic reflections by clicking here for the meme Weekend Reflections...Enjoy!!

Cezanne's home - how wonderful to have the opportunity to visit there. I haven't thought of his work in a long time.
The reflection you captured is just wonderful and I think your sepia treatment is a perfect reflection on the past history of the home.
Well done!

I have not been there, but the sepia tone is so nostalgic!

J'aime bien le traitement sépia pour ce reflet un peu nostalgique ...

Love this beautiful shot, particularly the sepia tones. It just seems nostalgic and a tribute to the artist.
