Colours of Croatia 3 - Terracotta

Walking around the walls is one of the most delightful ways to spend time in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik in Croatia. Looking down from this vantage point is the best way to truly appreciate this dense concentration of terracotta roofs.....

The colour terracotta dominates the view from every turret. Isn't the city a beautiful sight from up here?? Which city vista is top of your list??

My favourite one is the top one on the right hand corner. I like the combination of facade and roof. Brilliant collage.

Greetings from London.

That's a really unusual viewpoint, I'd never have thought of a rooftop image defining a city. The top of my list for lovely city vistas is probably Barcelona. Almodovar's films really reflect a gorgeous landscape.

Croatia - never been there but it looks good - my favourite city vista has to be either Nuuk (Greenland) or Tallinn (Estonia)
